Awareness Classes at Adawehi are like personal and spiritual growth…on steroids! These self-development classes will not only help to expand the parts of yourself you have already discovered, they will also help you find new pieces to grow-up. You will be given an opportunity to face your patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting that no longer fit who you are. Still interested?

The support for this expanded awareness will come through a bi-weekly lesson written by Jackie Woods and taught by her son, Russell Woods. The length of each class is 1 hour and 30 minutes, with a total of six classes over a three month period. In addition to the classes, this study program can be enhanced even further with Jackie’s publications on matters such as spiritual energy, chakra alignment, relationships, healing, and more. All in all, you will be provided with many opportunities to reach your highest potential and experience all that life has to offer with ease and celebration.
