Free Healthy Eating Classes Coming Soon
In November, Adawehi and Beneficial Foods sponsored a free movie, "Food Matters." Coming in January is a series of free classes on "Healthy Eating." The first one-hour class at 10:00 am, Saturday, January 17, is designed to support your New Year's Resolutions to increase variety in your diet for greater health and enjoyment. The public class will be held at Adawehi Institute's Resource Building, 93 Adawehi Lane, off Fox Mountain Road in Columbus, 1.2 miles from the Columbus-Mill Spring Exit from Hwy. 74.
